GCI was retained to provide expert testimony on behalf of the Condominium Association in a lawsuit against the Contractor due to water leakage through windows, sliding glass doors and exterior walls. Following a successful Jury award, GCI helped identify qualified contractors for the needed repairs, which included installation of new windows and doors and new sealant and waterproofing of the exterior walls. CGI provided Construction Quality Control Services and the project was successfully completed and the water leakage problems were resolved.
